    Capita Fixed Price Repair Service

    Hardware Repair service for non- hardware supported Category 2 and 3 device devices (See EN159). This option can be purchased if the hardware fails on a Category 2 or 3 device. For this price, an engineer will attend your site and undertake to repair the device. Based on the age of some devices it may not be possible to source appropriate parts however we will endeavour to resolve. If parts are required, the school will be provided with a quote and will have the option to proceed or not, with the repair at the additional cost.
